The Watercolours come from an ancient painting technique, probably born in China, in which the pigments (colours) are dissolved in water. The bases used for this technique are very varied, although the most common is heavy paper. This is because papers, in essence, were not made to be wet and it is necessary that they be thicker to receive the amount of water from the technique, making sure that there is no deformation in the paper.
Here, they are made with love and thought in every detail for you and your project.
All my watercolours are made with 100% cotton paper, which have better quality and are more resistant to water, due to the use of longer and quality fibers. In addition to top quality paper, inks and materials, plus time and affection dedicated to each study and each execution.
That's why each creation has an unique value and it is impossible to price without first considering some details, such as:
- Art size - which can be from A5 to A2
- Execution time (a watercolour can take from 1 to 20 hours of production)
- Materials / techniques used (the more techniques, materials and more details, the higher the final value)
- Digitization and product creation (when applied to digital projects)
